ADuM6200/ADuM6201/ADuM62021是5KV隔離的雙路DC/DC電源轉(zhuǎn)換器和隔離器,包括了兩路數(shù)字隔離器iCoupler和兩路DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器isoPower,5.0V輸入時(shí)可提供絕緣輸出5.0V或3.3V,功率高達(dá)400W,信號(hào)隔離是DC到25MHz(NRZ),主要用在RS-232/RS-422/RS-485收發(fā)器,工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線隔離,電源起動(dòng)偏壓和柵極驅(qū)動(dòng),隔離的傳感器接口以及工業(yè)PLC等。

EVAL-ADuMQSEBZ評(píng)估板
The EVAL-ADuMQSEBZ can be used with most Coupler® isolation products in the 16-lead, wide-body SOIC and QSOP packages. The evaluation board supports the common pad positions for power, ground, and I/O pins found in nearly all of the Coupler products and is a configurable board that can be adapted to many Coupler products.
