CD4027功能:
CD4027是包含了2個相互獨立的、互補對稱的J-K主從觸發器的單片集成電路。每個觸發器分別提供了J、K置位、復位和時鐘輸入信號及經過緩沖的Q和Q輸出信號,輸入輸出引出端排列與CC4013雙D型觸發器相似。CC4027可用于性能控制、寄存器和觸發器等電路。加在J、K輸入端的邏輯電平通過內部自行調整來控制每個觸發器的狀態,在時鐘脈沖上升沿改變觸發器狀態,置位和復位功能與時鐘無關,均為高電平有效。
從圖可知,內部含有兩套相同的JK觸發器,(1)和(2)為輸出端,(3)腳為前級時鐘輸入,(4)和(7)腳分別是復位和更新腳,本電路要將其接低電平,(5)和(6)腳為JK端,需接高電平。從(1)腳輸出的信號既是所需要的1HZ方波。
